Vintage Rolex Submariner 6536/1 Watch Case

   A Vintage Rolex Submariner 6536/1 is one of the collectible Rolex Sports watches among the Rolex Submariner models. This sports model was produced between 1955 - 1959. I am sharing with you the photos of a Vintage Rolex Submariner 6536/1 case I sold several years ago.

The case has some dents and scratches due to wear. Please see the photos.

    The uppermost part of the model number has faded. You can view the 4 numbers clearly using a watch loupe.

    The number 57 is engraved below the watch model number on the inner side of the back case which suggests that the watch was produced in 1957. There are also some markings of the service history of the watch on the inner side of the back case. I apologize if I am not sharing the photo of the serial number for security reasons.

Vintage 1964 Rolex Tudor Prince Oysterdate7966 Big Rose Automatic in Stainless Steel Wristwatch

    

This is a collectible Rolex Tudor Prince Oysterdate 7966 Automatic Big Rose. 

The movement has an unknown service history but still it gives perfect and excellent time.

    The watch model number is engraved in between the upper inside of the lugs. I am not sharing the watch serial number for security reasons. The serial numbers correspond to the year the watch was produced.

    The watch has a nice set of correct riveted stainless steel bracelet. It has a lugsize of 16MM. The clasp is also signed Rolex SA, Swiss, Acierinox.

Vintage Rolex Caliber 1065 Watch Movement for Parts for Rolex GMT 6542

    During the year of 1957 to 1959 ( I hope I am correct with these dates ) Rolex used Caliber 1065 as the movement for Vintage Rolex GMT Master 6542 Gilt Dial. I am sharing with you the photos of Rolex Caliber 1065 Movement for Parts for 6542 of which I sold 6 or 7 years ago. This is not a 100% complete movement. 

    The movement has a collectible butterfly rotor. We cleaned and oiled the movement before we listed it on an auction site.

    The movement also has an alternating black and red date wheel. There are some rust formation on the date wheel. This alternating red and black date wheel is highly desired in mint condition.

As far as I can remember, this movement was bought by a customer from Italy.

1889 CC Morgan Dollar Coin in XF Condition

    Here is an example of an 1889 CC Morgan Dollar Coin in XF Condition. 

    Any 1889 CC Morgan Dollar Coin in any grade is highly collectible. Since most dealers in the Philippines do not know how to take care of silver coins, this coin has a lot of small scratches on both the obverse and the reverse.

    Even though the coin has small scratches on it, the word "Liberty" and the feathers on the body of the eagle are still well defined.

1901 S Barber Quarter Coin KEYDATE in G4 Good Condition

    Finally, I was able to find the photos of my 1901 S Barber Quarter Coin KEYDATE G4 (Good) Condition in a Philippine Numismatic group. I posted the photos in the group before I sold the coin to an American for the amount of $1500. The current market value of this coin today is in the range of $4500 to $5000, if slabbed. I am posting both the obverse and the reverse of the coin. The word "LIBERTY" is missing but the year 1901 and the mintmark "S" are still evident. When I shipped coins of high value to the USA or to anywhere in the world, I always use EMS Philippines even though the buyer has only paid for a registered mail because EMS is fast, reliable and efficient.     This 1901 S Barber Coin is an elusive coin to own here in the Philippines because the American occupation only lasted for half a century and in my opinion, a few of this coin were brought here during the American colonization.

1924 S Buffalo Nickel Coin in Almost Uncirculated Condition

    I sold this 1924 S Buffalo Nickel Coin in AU condition to an American for $700 only. He got a very good deal because an AU of a 1924 S Buffalo Nickel has a price estimate not lower than $1200. After he received the coin, he gave me with a very nice feedback on my site.

    I also sold a 1901 S Barber Quarter in G4 condition for $1500.00. My apologies because I lost the picture of that coin. The buyer, also an American, before giving me a positive feedback, has sent first the coin to ANACS, a US Coin Grading Company to verify the authenticity of my coin.
